DOER emailed the 2014 RPS & APS Annual Compliance Filing Package (Instructions and Workbook) in the evening of Friday, May 29, 2015, to 57 Massachusetts Retail Electricity Suppliers, including the four regulated utility companies. Any entity that sold electricity to retail customers in Massachusetts during 2014 (except for the municipally-owned utilities) and has not received that package should contact DOER immediately to request the package, including its cover email and a string of follow-up emails – at doer.rps@state.ma.us. The final, June 12 versions of the Filing documents (but without the emails), along with a link to a Compliance Filing Webinar, were web-posted on June 22nd via DOER’s RPS/APS homepage, www.mass.gov/energy/rps (scroll down to “Compliance Information for Retail Electric Suppliers”), where other information, documents, and program updates are also available.
The 2014 RPS & APS Annual Compliance Filings are due at DOER no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
