ACP Rates for the 2015 Compliance Year

As required by regulation[1], DOER announced by January 31, 2015, the 2015 Alternative Compliance Payment (ACP) Rates for the Renewable & Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards (RPS & APS).

• RPS Class I = $67.07 per MWh
• RPS Class I Solar Carve-Out = $496.00 per MWh
• RPS Class I Solar Carve-Out II – $375.00 per MWh
• RPS Class II Renewables = $27.53 per MWh
• RPS Class II Waste Energy = $11.01 per MWh
• APS = $22.02 per MWh
