On September 21, 2015, DOER sent Glacial Energy of Massachusetts a Notice of Non-Compliance, effective from July 2, 2015, and until such time as Glacial Energy fulfils its 2014 RPS & APS compliance obligations and also submits to DOER a plan for achieving compliance for 2015, 2016, & 2017.  Details are in the Notice, which can be accessed here.
