MA DOER Issues 2015 RPS & APS Compliance Workbook & Instructions, Announces Webinar
On Wednesday evening, May 31, DOER emailed the 2015 RPS/APS compliance package to all known MA Retail Electricity Suppliers. As of June 3, 2016, that package is available at the Annual Compliance Filing Forms and Guidelines webpage. The package consists of a substantive cover email, the 16-sheet Workbook, and the Instructions – all three are needed for correct compliance. The Compliance Basis Guideline is also at that webpage, as is a link to the 2014 compliance webinar of June 2015 (but see below).
